Journal:
Morning-I'm anxious about several things this morning.  First, with switching to this diet, I need to make sure I'm not feeling hungry and give into other things.  Therefore, I'm going to have to keep notes through the day when I'm feeling hungry so that I can address them in the upcoming days.  Secondly, I'm frustrated with the state of the house.  We've been here 13 days, but we still haven't unpacked nearly half the boxes.  On top of that, I don't want to just unpack the boxes, I want to get rid of everything we don't need, like I've been planning on.  This is playing out just like the last two apartments, and it's a terrible feeling.  I'm trying not to let this reflect my interactions with Kayla, as a majority of it is my responsibility, and without going through all of my stuff, I can't expect her to find her stuff.

Other than that, work is slow but Ian is taking time out of his day to show me some of the ropes.  It seems I won't have a huge role to play until they start handing off software from their contractors to this department.

11:15: Feeling peckish.  Before I get actually hungry, I'm going to eat my snack (Peanuts and a cheese stick, smaller because I had a larger lunch).  I'm planning on eating my sandwich around 1-2, and seeing if that holds me off until 5:30ish for dinner.
