Weight: 232.6 BF%: ???

Notes: I followed my diet to the T yesterday, and here's what came out of it.  I became hungry before I reached my lunch and dinner time.  To help with dinner, I was hoping to push my lunch back half an hour, since I didn't have much wiggle room there.  Then, to take care of lunch, I decided to switch to a bagel sandwich, which was closer to my target of 790 calories.  Another idea, which I forgot to bring today, was to bring in some cut up bell peppers to snack on.  Something to tide me over another half an hour or so.  Although the HC just has me eating 3 meals with no snacks, I don't think this small calorie intake would do much.  Also, I could probably just eat them with my previous meal.  Like adding it to my lunch.  I'll see today.

Diet-
790 Breakfast Bagel Steak/Egg/Cheese/Creamcheese
190 Protein Bar
80 Cheese Stick
520 Sandwich
420 Soup

As for how I'm feeling, I'm doing just fine.  My interest in lucid dreaming was sparked again, so I bought another book on my audible.  Let's see how it goes!
