This morning has been very tiring. I could not get to sleep. Fortunately, I was able to get one last sleep cycle in when I woke up at 3am to turn the heater back on, as apparently our thermostat likes to reset back to 55 degrees. I'm experiencing hot/cold cycles at night where I'm either way too hot or way too cold. Not sure if this is something mental, or I've got some weird bug. I'll keep watching it.
With eating at six, I'm getting hungry around 11 (5 hours). Since 5 hours would only put me at 4, I'm ginog to try to nibble on my peanuts, hold out until about 12, then eat the rest of my food then. Hopefully, it will bring me close enough to 5 that I can eat a granola bar when I get home.
Ate about half my peanuts (11:10), and a huge gulp of water. Let's see where I'm at in 20-30 minutes.
Post Synopsis:
Eating the peanuts allowed me to hold off eating until about 11:30. Ate the rest of my peanuts and my sandwich slowly around that time while I watched youtube and made chain-mail. It ended up being fine. I at my salami/cheese around 2:00, which tided me over until way after I got home. I didn't eat my protein bar.
Important analysis-The drinking of the alcohol ruined my resolve and instead of my soup that would have kept me in my range, I ate a burrito. My best bet would be to not allow myself to have any drinks before I've consumed all the food I will for the day. This will guarantee that the alcohol is the lowest priority, and just live by the rule that I CAN'T go over my limit.
