Journal:
Morning- Feeling a lot better after talking with Kayla last night and coming up with plans on helping each other become better.  I'm feeling a bit tired, but other than that I'm fine.  It's 10:21 and I'm not hungry or peckish yet.

At 11:30, I wasn't very hungry but I decided to eat.If I'm getting too hungry in the afternoon still, I can push it back a little.  Also, Today, I'm going to eat all of my snacks except my protein bar during lunch, and see if I can just use that protein bar to tide me over until dinner, whenever I get hungry.  I can switch them back to snacks later if I'm also getting hungry too early.
