I'm doing well! Ran 3rd day in a row. I plan on doing 5 days a week of cardio in the morning until I hit week 8. Then, I'll probably switch to twice a week with 3 days of strength training. Other than that, I'm really focusing on my diet and using this Hydroxy Cut to see if it has the same effects that it did when I used it last time.
Weight 234.4 BF%: ???
I have no idea how holding weight works... I had a bad day Saturday, but woke up Sunday at 232.6. I had a good day yesterday, and woke up to 234.4. We'll see how I do tomorrow, with two good days under my belt in a row.
Diet:
Breakfast-
495 - Breakfast wrap (Bacon 2 eggs Sour Cream and Cheese)
180 - 2 Rolls
50? - Jelly and butter

190 - Protein Bar
80 - Cheese Stick

In total, I should have 1935 calories. With my the Hydroxy Cut, I'm supposed to just eat 3 meals, and no snacks. So I'm trying to eat a large enough breakfast and lunch to tide me over to the next meal. Breakfast this morning barely tided me over to lunch. I was short 65 calories, but still. Tomorrow, I'm going to go for a denser protein, and go for a bagel sandwich. We'll see how we adjust. Also... I'm not sure how jogging will affect my hunger also. I am expending somewhere around 200 calories more per day... So I'll have to adjust as I increase my distance.
