I was lazy this morning and didn't make my sandwich for my lunch, as I wanted to get out of the house sooner. (Idea to fix this is to make my lunch the night before!) Because of this, I just grabbed my lunchables, which will put me over my expected calories. I'll be fine with this if I walk around the block once, or if I walk the stairs for at least 5 minutes.
Yay! I about hit my goal. Didn't walk, but I found out about 10 stairs = 1 calorie... I walked up at least 100 stairs at work.
